WELCOME PARTY

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual dress for an inside/outside event (weather permitting)

All of our guests are invited to kick off the weekend with wood-fired pizza and cocktails from 7-10pm at the Arnold House! This event will be indoor/outdoor, weather permitting, so make sure you have a layer if the forecast looks chilly. **there will be transportation via bus from Villa Roma and Kenoza Lake View Manor, please see the "travel" section for details

WEDDING

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or jackets and slacks.

The ceremony will begin at 5pm, so please plan on arriving by 4:30 at the Arnold House. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. There will be a cocktail hour following the ceremony, complete with lawn games and special guests...again, Autumn is lovely in the Catskills! Think of the foliage! The reception will take place in the barn from 6:30-11pm. **A quick note that although we will be serving a full buffet-style dinner, we will not be assigning seats, as we are going for more of an open-flow event. We therefore encourage you to mix and mingle throughout the event and avoid the dreariness of being stuck at a table for any period of time :) Again, please be aware that large portions of wedding will be outside on grass (weather permitting), so perhaps rethink those stilettos! And a warm layer is important, should the forecast call for a chilly evening. ** There will be transportation provided, see the "travel" section for bus schedules.
