When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to provide us with a good headcount ahead of time, please RSVP by May 20th, 2023.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request everyone to arrive early and be seated 15 minutes (4:45pm) prior to start of Ceremony to prevent any distractions.

What is the wedding venue, and where do I park?

Answer

McMenamin's Edgefield was built in 1911 as the county poor farm. Historic Edgefield is a destination resort in the Pacific Northwest that blends Oregon's natural beauty with McMenamins' signature whimsy. Original buildings have been carefully restored, gardens bloom, great food and drink abound, and entertainment reigns. Edgefield’s 74 acres include distillery, brewery, winery, numerous small bars, spa, soaking pool, golf course, movie theater, event spaces, live music, and fires for gathering. Parking is abundant on the grounds although since there will be a summer concert going on during Aug 4th, we suggest catching an uber/lyft or staying on the property so you can have a carefree time with us!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Highs will be in the 80s/90s and lows can get down to the 60s so bring layers! We don't expect rain although this IS Portland. If weather is bad, the whole event will be indoors.

We want you to be comfortable and express yourself!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your invitation specifically calls out "& Guest", we request you do not bring a guest. We hope you understand!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely adore your little ones but unfortunately due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate children who have received an invitation. We hope you understand and take the time to enjoy your night off.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are two different room blocks for you to access on the Travel portion of our website. If those do not work out, we recommend staying at hotels or AirBnB’s near the venue.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having a welcome reception hosted by family that will be the night before the wedding. You will have a chance to rsvp for this when you rsvp for the ceremony/reception. More details will be sent out later regarding this event.
