Bridesmaid
Joni, Lauren's cousin and best friend since birth, she is the closest person Lauren has to a sister. She has played a huge role in our lives as friend and family. Through living together, weekend adventures and traveling to far away places, we will always highly value our relationship with Joni that we know will last a lifetime.
Bridesmaid
Rebecca went to high-school with Lauren, where they met in photography class and became great friends. They became closer over the years as they realized how much they have in common (and how weird they both are). She is a talented photographer and an incredible mother, and we're so happy she's in our lives.
Bridesmaid
Carlyn went to high-school with Dalton, and has become a close friend to both of us after she was introduced to Lauren in 2008 at the start of our relationship. She is by far one of the most motivated and diligent people we have ever known, and watching her grow and make a name for herself in the arts community has been truly inspirational.
Bridesmaid
Sam is a very close friend of us both, and she and Dalton have known each other since they were born. She was best friends with Lauren in high-school, and actually ended up introducing us to each other in junior year. She now has a husband and two awesome kids, and lives in New Hampshire because apparently there's nothing better than waking up to 4 feet of snow every day.
Bridesmaid
Lauren and Danielle have been best friends since 5th grade. Even with going off to separate schools and living in different states, these two have always remained incredibly close. This beautiful independent mother of two has a huge heart and has endured so much in her life, and is one of the best mothers that we know. Having her strength and inspiration in our life has been truly amazing.
Honor Attendant
Best friends since high-school, through countless parties and weird adventures, Lauren and Alora have survived. Alora may or may not be Dalton's secret long-lost twin (we're still waiting on the blood-work), and they can definitely bicker like siblings. Alora has since started their new life in Texas with a cute little pug baby, and will always remain a close friend from halfway across the country.
Bridesmaid
This amazing woman popped into our lives when we lived in New Orleans, and played a huge role in making us feel at home away from home. Her nurturing spirit is incredibly beautiful, and perfect for her pursuit of a nursing career. She's pretty weird, but like in a fun, cute, weird kinda way, and we're sometimes convinced that her and Lauren share a brain sometimes.
Groomsman
Lauren and Freddie have known each other since middle school, and in the years since then we have all become great friends. He's been around for the ups and downs, and has become an irreplaceable addition to our lives. He also secretly loves being called "Fred," so just keep calling him that even if it seems like he actually hates it.
Groomsman
After knowing Derrick for about 6 years, he has been nothing but a great friend the entire time. He's a super great guy and always looking out for the people he cares about. He can also grow the best dad 'stache you've ever seen.
Groomsman
Kenny is Dalton's younger cousin, but they pretty much grew up as brothers. He has recently become engaged to his fiance Jasmine and they are starting their own life and family, raising two beautiful, fat cats together. This will also be the first time in our lives that we see Kenny wear a suit, or even a shirt with buttons on it, so we're pretty excited about that.
Groomsman
Lauren has known Tim her whole life, because he is her older brother. For as long as Lauren can remember, he has been an incredibly talented and well-rounded artist. From drawing and painting to singing, he is great at all of it, and is passing on his knowledge to children as an art teacher. Also if you ever hit an awkward pause in conversation just bring up your cat or something.
Groomsman
Dalton has been friends with Jordan since high school, and was introduced to Lauren shortly after. We've all been through so much together and both of us are so lucky to have him in our lives. He's a talented musician and enjoys short walks on the beach, building corn husk dolls, and having confusing conversations. And yes, he does resemble Dwight Schrute.
Groomsman
We met Logan during our two-year stay in New Orleans, and soon realized he would be much more than just another strange face in a new city. We've all learned and gained so much from living with each other, and truly cherish everything we've experienced together. He has without a doubt become a part of our family, and we're proud to call him 'son.'
