Allie and Shannah met while studying abroad in London! Their friendship grew over weekend trips to new cities, nights spent laughing in the pubs, and Allie's really bad haircut. After graduating from LMU, Shannah and Allie transitioned from friends to pen pals while Shannah was living in Australia and Allie was in Virginia. Two years, later they were roommates while in grad school, and fell in love in the infamous "Fortress #4." Shanney is Allie's best friend, keeper of all her secrets, and truly her favorite human! Allie is honored to have her stand by her side as she starts this next chapter!
Matt James
Best Man
Matt and Dan met way back in grade school at St. Gerald’s (Class of 97’ - Go Giants!). Their friendship grew in high school, but really solidified during and after college. There were many of nights that Matt refused to let Dan pay for anything, and it was mostly because Dan had no money and Matt didn’t want him to miss out on a fun time. They have shared a lot of great memories together, like road trips to see friends in college, visiting Matt at DePaul, going with all of their friends to Michigan, living above Shinnick’s Pub in Chicago, last minute trips to Vegas, and Matt even moved Dan into college. They have shared many awesome experiences, which is why Dan is glad to share this one as well, and have Matt as his Best Man.
Kaleena Chiddick

Kaleena and Allie met during their M.A. program at University of San Diego and quickly became best friends. They have had so many of adventures over the years; all leading to some amazing inside jokes! Kaleena and Allie have an unbreakable heart string, and have supported each other through some major life changes. Kaleena and her husband Dre took great care of Allie when she was their token single friend, and have been some of the most important people in Allie's life!
Joe Eastman

If there were two Best Men standing up here, Joe would be the other one. Dan and Joe have known each other since 4th grade and grew up tearing up the streets of Oak Lawn. They were Rink Rats in the winter and Pool Rats in the summer; and when those weren’t an option, you could find them playing street hockey until the sun went down. Their friendship has lasted over 25 years and Joe is still one of the first people Dan calls when he visits Chicago.
Kelly Schloesser

It was love at first sight! Kelly and Allie met in their Delta Zeta sorority at LMU, and became obnoxiously close... like people thought they were dating. Kelly and Allie share a love for country music, traveling, strong badass women, and always rocking matching outfits, even in their 30s. Kelly has inspired Allie to take some of the most important leaps in her life, and has been her cheerleader and confidant through it all. Kelly is also responsible for motivating Allie's move to Virginia, where they shared a room for 9 months :) Kelly is always down for a good time, and providing the soundtrack to Allie's best life moments!
Brad Beneski

When they were kids, Brad and Dan spent countless summers staying up all night, sneaking out to go to BP at 3 A.M., watching WWF (and they still reminisce about old school matches) or playing hours of basketball in Dan's parents backyard. As time has gone on, they still talk on a weekly basis, and even when they go a while without talking, they don’t miss a beat. Dan was honored to be the Best Man at Brad's wedding and he is glad Brad could be up there with him at his own wedding.
Kim Chapin

Kim and Allie first met when they were 5 year old ballerinas! Kim loved that Allie could bat her eyelashes really fast, and the rest is history. They share a passion for horses, and rode together for many years. Some of Allie's best memories are spending the day at the barn with Kim. They have truly grown up together, and their relationship can never be replaced. Allie is so grateful to continue their 25+ years of friendship and have her "Bella" stand next to her as she gets married!
Andrew Zorko

Andrew and Dan met when Dan first moved to San Diego, and his sister introduced him to a large group of her friends. Times were a little better then, as both of their hairlines were a little more pronounced than they are today. Andrew is someone you can always rely on for anything you need, he gives good advice, he’s always up for a bad round of golf, a pint at the bar, or just hanging out in the backyard, and Dan has been glad to call him his friend for the past decade.
Emily Pulverenti

Allie and Emily have known each other for 32 years... because they are cousins! Emily and Allie have always had a close relationship, and the friendship continued to grow when Emily moved to San Diego. Now, Allie and Dan get to enjoy double dates with Emily and her husband, Brad!! Allie got to be apart of Emily and Brad's wedding, and she is so happy to have Emily stand with her as she says "I do."
Jeff O'Donnell Jr.

Jeff is Dan's oldest sibling, his Godfather, and will tell you that he always knows best. With an age gap of nearly 12 years, there wasn’t a lot of hanging out that went on in Dan's early years. In fact, Dan always used to make Jeff mad because he would constantly wear his clothes. As the years have gone on they have become more than brothers, they have become friends, and while Jeff probably thought Dan was never listening, he often did take his advice. Jeff's commitment to his friends is strong, but his loyalty to his family is fierce. Dan is proud to call him his brother and to have Jeff join him on this day.
Kristen O'Donnell

Kristen is Dan's sister, and was the first member of the O'Donnell family that Allie met! Kristen and Allie have also become friends over the past four years, and have enjoyed lots of laughs and drinks during family events in Chicago and random casino trips :) Allie is so excited to have her be a bridesmaid, and a sister!
Bill O'Donnell
Groomsman
The second oldest of the brothers, Bill is the one that got Dan into WWF and also tortured him with the nickname “Babester” until he was 13. As brothers do, they fought all the time, but any time Bill's friends spent the night, he would always let Dan hang out with them while they watched movies or T.V. in the basement. In 2010, when the Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup, Bill knew how much it meant to Dan, so that week he brought home a bottle of Dom Perignon so that they could celebrate. They have shared a lot of beers and great memories in their parent’s backyard. Bill's a great brother, and an even better friend.
