When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your presence is what matters most to us, and we want you to enjoy every moment of our celebration to the fullest. As we plan for our ceremony, we've opted for an adults-only setting due to limited space and in order to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. For our local guests, we hope this provides a chance for a kid-free evening to celebrate with us. However, for our out-of-town guests, we understand your little ones may be a part of your travel plans to Orlando, and we welcome them to join us at the reception. All members of the family are invited to join our Welcome Party on Thursday evening. We want everyone to feel comfortable and included, so if you are traveling with children and need assistance arranging childcare, or if you need further clarification, please reach out to Haley directly at (352) 250-0827.

Will childcare be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing childcare from 4 PM - 10 PM on the wedding day. Two babysitters will be responsible for the group of children older than 1, and an additional babysitter will be assigned for babies under 1 year old. You’re welcome to have your child join the wedding festivities at any time after the ceremony. A meal will be provided in the childcare room if you choose to leave your child with the sitter during dinner. Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a floor-length dress, cocktail dress, or a nice pantsuit.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The wedding reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure a comfortable seat, please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

November is one of the best times of year for weather in Florida. Typically the day time temperatures are in the high 70s to low 80s, with slightly cooler evenings. Praying for no rain!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly ask that only guests specifically listed on the invitation attend our wedding. Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones. Thank you for understanding.

Are there shuttles from the hotel to the parks?

Answer

Yes, but please note that there is only one scheduled departure and return time for each park. Shuttles are available for Universal, Disney, and SeaWorld, with times varying depending on the park hours, which change frequently. We recommend confirming the schedule in advance if you plan to use this service.
