1. What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

The theme of our wedding will be soft, neutral earthy colors.

3. Can I bring a +1 ?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

4. Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation due to the limited capacity we have at our venue. Thank you for understanding!

5. When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than February 22, 2024. We will be sending out our digital invites in a few months and you will be able to RSVP through this website.

6. What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! :( If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

7. Where will the wedding ceremony & reception take place?

Answer

Both our wedding & reception will take place at one location. You can find the address at the "Schedule" section of our wedding website.

8. Where should I park? Is parking free?

Answer

There will be a parking lot at our venue; but because of our large guest count, parking could be limited. We highly recommend carpooling if possible to avoid parking issues. Parking is free.

9. Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony & reception will take place outdoors.

10. What will the weather be like in Napa Valley around April?

Answer

The temperature ranges from 60s to 70s. At night it does get chilly so plan to bring a coat or jacket to keep yourself warm during the reception. Be sure to check your weather apps a week leading up to the wedding to pack & dress accordingly.

11. What time should I arrive?

Answer

We love our Filipino traditions, but "Filipino time" is not recommended for this day :( Please plan to arrive at the venue 30 MIN PRIOR to the wedding ceremony. Due to our wedding date landing on a weekday, traffic can be very heavy on our special day. The ceremony will start at 4 PM sharp!

12. Will food & drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have food & drinks during Cocktail Hour & family-style dinner for the Reception. ***PLEASE let us know if you have any food allergies so we can tell our wedding planner to notify the venue. You will be able to list food restrictions when you RSVP.

13. What's on the menu?

Answer

Adults Menu (each meal comes with a salad): Entrées: 1. Braised Beef Short Ribs 2. Wild King Salmon Sides: 1. Garlic Whipped Potatoes 2. Roasted Seasonal Vegetables 3. Spinach Ravioli Kids Menu: 1. Chicken Tenders 2. Fettuccine Alfredo

14. Will there be a vegan or vegetarian option on the menu?

Answer

Yes, there will be vegan/vegetarian options available. Please kindly notify us ASAP so that our wedding planner can help arrange your food plate. You will be able to request a plate when you RSVP.

15. Do you have a Registry?

Answer

We will be using a wedding QR code for our forever home/honeymoon fund in place of our wedding registry :) That QR code can be found under the "Registry" section of our wedding website.
