What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date or additional guests?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Additionally since our reception dinner will be plated, meal selections MUST be selected when you RSVP. Our caterer will prepare the amount of plates based on RSVP responses.

Question

Will the reception be open seating?

Answer

Since our reception dinner is plated, we will be assigning guests to specific tables. We ask that everyone please sit at your assigned table to ensure that you receive the correct meal.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is January 20th. We ask that everyone respond by this deadline so that we can plan accordingly with our vendors.

Question

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

You are welcome to take floral just ask Bride before doing so at the end of the event however, all hard items (vases, candles, candle holders, etc.) belong to our florist and they will return at the end of the night to collect these items, so please only take loose floral with you and leave any other table decor as we have to return these items to the florist.

Answer

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. We have a strict schedule and will be starting on time.
