The Smith Wedding .

So once upon a time there was a tall, dark and handsome gentleman by the name of Michael, who happened to be a member of an association that was hosting a business luncheon in downtown Little Rock. And by fate's chance, a beautiful and sassy Crystal was in attendance with one of her co-workers. Their paths crossed when Crystal out of the blue, accused Michael of cutting in front of her at the buffet line. Little did they know that encounter would lead us here today! So Michael politely explained to Crystal that he wasn't cutting in front of her, instead he was just making sure there was enough food left for her and everyone else at the end of the line. After clearing the buffet line they were both surprised to find out that the dining room was completely full with no open seats or tables available. Michael quickly arranged for the head waiter to setup a new table in the back of the room and invited Crystal and the remaining attendees to join him there. Michael and Crystal ended up sitting next to each other of course, and they shared their own conversation throughout the remainder of the program. Cards were exchanged that day, followed by office emails, the Facebook friend requests, then text messages, and eventually phone calls. They remained friends for the next two years until one night when Michael happened to call Crystal, who was shopping for ice cream at Wal-Mart at the time. Crystal offered to bring ice cream over if Michael felt like hanging out. So after meeting all those years ago, their romance finally began and it all started with dessert!
