Fly into either Podgorica Airport (TGD) or Tivat Airport (TIV). TIV is closer to the hotel but more expensive to fly into than TGD PASSPORTS: If this is your first time leaving the country, here's your warning, it can take up to 90 days to receive your passport after submission, so do it early. The 6-month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another six months before you depart for international travel. Be sure to check what the requirements are for within their airport. MONTENEGRO COVID RESTRICTIONS: Masks are obligatory in the following areas: all health care institutions, public transportation and collective accommodations, all public institutions, grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, airports indoor spaces, train and bus stations. All limits in the number of people attending public events have been removed. As of March 11, 2022 no proof of vaccination, COVID-19 passports/certificates or COVID-19 tests are required to enter Montenegro. This measure is subject to change and the page will be updated as soon as the new entry requirements are announced.
