Do we really get to take the chairlift to the top of the mountain for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! This ride is about 10 minutes and offers breathtaking views! The lift will be running slowly in order to help guests get on and off easily. If you're not up for the ride, feel free to have a drink at the base of the mountain while you wait or arrive a little later to join us for cocktail hour.

WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT AT THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN?

Answer

The ceremony site will have a platform with chairs for guests to sit while overlooking the Catskill Mountains. Keep in mind that guests will not have access to a bathroom during the ceremony.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

The event is semi-formal. We will be outside for the ceremony and cocktail hour, so it might be a bit chilly! Ladies - you'll be walking through grass, so thick heels, flats or wedges are encouraged.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We kindly ask you make this a date night and come to party! The only little ones who will be attending are our flower girls.

IS THERE PARKING at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available in front of the venue. Alternatively, we will be providing a shuttle from the Windwood Inn and other neighboring hotels.
