We’re getting hitched!

We met at a Cody Johnson concert at the Greeley Stampede. Bryce & Autumn gave both of us tickets to… and Emily brought another guy with her. Crispen caught her eye from the second he hopped into the bed of that truck. Crispen & Emily hit it off and were talking during the two hour rain delay. Soon enough, they were driving 90 miles to each other’s houses on the weekends.

For two years, they switched off driving to each other’s houses on the weekends. One weekend would be in Emily’s hometown, and the next they would be in Crispens. There were lots of FaceTime dates and making the most out of the weekends & breaks from school until they moved in together in June of 2021.

On November 29, 2022, Crispen & Emily put an offer on this adorable little farmhouse on the other side of town with a 3 bay shop out back. They kept this a secret from everybody, except the majority of their immediate family. A few days after their offer was accepted, Crispen bought ring and only told Emily’s best friend. They closed on the house on January 3, 2023. As they were at their new house taking pictures, Crispen got down on one knee and told Emily she was his favorite adventure and asked her to marry him!

The adventure is only beginning!
