Luke and Kate first met in high school. Luke was two grades ahead of Kate, who was in his brother, Ryan's, class. They did not talk very much, but it was a small school so they knew each other. They actually had choir class together one year. Fast forward to the spring of 2018, Luke and Kate's friends decided to set them up (shout out to Victoria, Ryan and Sarah G). They hit it off right away and have been inseparable ever since. After only 3 months of dating, Kate invited Luke to her sister's wedding, which was the first time Luke was meeting most of her family including her father. I guess you could say they both just knew they were going to be together for the long-run. Kate then left for medical school in the fall of 2018 and Luke bought a home in North Royalton while working as a carpenter. Luke and Kate visited each other frequently until Kate moved back to the area when the pandemic hit to finish school. On October 23rd, 2021, Luke proposed to Kate at Squire's Castle. Since then, they have enjoyed spending time together and planning their dream wedding. We can't wait to celebrate with you at our wedding ceremony and reception in August!
