Welcome to our wedding website! Our love story is a testament to the unexpected twists and turns life can take. After knowing each other for over 20 years as friends and colleagues, our journey took an unforeseen and delightful turn. Throughout those years, we worked side by side, built teams together, and shared countless professional and social experiences. We attended trainings, enjoyed black tie banquets, celebrated holidays, and made memories that would last a lifetime. Little did we know that amidst all the camaraderie, a seed of love was silently growing. It was during a training session we call a "Super Saturday", when everything changed. Tracy, surprised by a newfound realization, mustered up the courage to ask Craig a simple but profound question, “Are you flirting with me?" The answer that followed, "Absolutely!" caught her off guard. Unbeknownst to Tracy, Craig had secretly carried a torch for her for years, cherishing their friendship while keeping his feelings hidden. Their friendship had always been filled with mutual respect and support, but neither of them had ever imagined the possibility of romance. Both were involved in prior relationships and Tracy had never suspected the depth of Craig's affection. The revelation sparked a journey of exploration and discovery, where two hearts began to see each other in a new light. As time went on, their friendship blossomed into something more. They discovered a profound connection, an unspoken understanding, and shared sense of joy that surpassed all expectations. Craig was one of the most positive people Tracy had ever met. Through laughter, late-night conversations, long lunches and make out sessions, public displays of affection (which Tracy was not used to but seemed to throw caution in the wind), and stolen glances, their bond grew stronger, and love filled their hearts. In the midst of their journey, they faced unimaginable heartbreak with the passing of Craig’s beloved son Julian and a few years later, his mother Maxine. These experiences tested their strength and put their love to the ultimate test. Grief and sorrow weighed heavily upon them, threatening to break their spirits.   But in the face of adversity, they found solace and strength in each other's embrace. Together, they navigated the storm, holding onto one another as pillars of support. They learned that love, compassion, and understanding have the power to heal even the deepest wounds. During the dark moments, their love shined bright as a guiding light. They leaned on one another, providing comfort and unconditional love. Through tears and shared memories, they found the courage to face each day and honor the precious lives they had lost. From the moment I met Tracy, I knew she was the one I wanted to spend my life with. I just thought I could do that without getting married but after being friends for over 15 years and after a year of dating and getting to know her, I realized I wanted to marry her. Unfortunately, fear held me back. Then, tragedy struck. In 2018, I lost my beloved son, and my world shattered. The devastation and depression were overwhelming, and I struggled to find my footing. Amid the darkness, Tracy became my guiding light, providing unwavering support, love, and strength that carried me through my darkest days. Our journey together had its share of ups and downs, and at one point, I almost lost the love of my life. Determined to make things right, I relocated from Newport to her city, a pivotal move that marked a turning point in our relationship. A company trip to Cabo provided a chance for redemption, a moment to show Tracy the depth of my commitment. However, fate had its own plans as I realized last-minute that my passport wasn't valid, prompting me to cross the border and fly from TJ to make it to the event. It was during that trip that our relationship found its way back on track. Months of searching for the perfect ring led to a custom-designed masterpiece created by a private jeweler, a reflection of our unique bond. The engagement setting couldn't have been more enchanting—an ocean-view villa at Pelican Hill Resort. My initial plan was to wait until Saturday, but the excitement was too much to bear. As we prepared to leave for dinner, I caught Tracy by surprise, down on one knee, asking her to be my forever. The weekend was a symphony of romantic experiences—Friday at Spirit and Fable, Saturday indulging in French cuisine at Marché Moderne, and Sunday enjoying the delicate artistry of sushi at Sushi II. The weekend was a magical retreat, filled with romantic walks, shared laughter, and an overwhelming feeling of being on cloud nine. Each moment was a testament to the love we'd nurtured through the highs and lows of life. Our engagement weekend wasn't just a celebration of love, but a reminder that through love, resilience, and unwavering support, we had emerged stronger than ever before.
