Are our kids also invited to your wedding?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, we are hosting an adults-only affair. We encourage parents to join us for a fun date night! We appreciate you making all of the necessary accommodations for this request. If you would still want to travel with your children and you need any assistance in setting up childcare, please let us know and we're happy to provide contact information of local nannies and babysitters.

Due to our venue capacity, we can only accommodate the people that we have listed on the invitation!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes! When filling out your RSVP, please make sure to include any dietary restrictions and/or allergies we should be aware of.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Formal attire is preferred! Cocktail or floor length dresses and dark suites or tuxedos. Ladies, if you plan to wear heels, please keep in mind that our ceremony will be on the grass! Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We will be providing transportation to and from the Hyatt Place in San Juan for our wedding day. Bus will depart from the lobby at 3:30pm. There will only be one bus available!

Is there parking at your wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! There is both valet and self parking available at our wedding venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please start making your way to the ceremony location at 4:30pm ET. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5:00pm.

Where will the ceremony and reception be?
Answer
Our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico! Our ceremony will take place at the Capitolio/Wedding Chapel (the dome structure on the greens next to the lobby bar). Our cocktail hour will be at the El Yunque Terrace and our reception will be at El Yunque Ballroom. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors.

Unplugged Ceremony
Answer
Due to specific stipulations in our vendor contracts, phone use or any kind of photography at the ceremony is strictly prohibited. We ask that you turn off or silence your phones during our ceremony. We will share our professional pictures with you after our event!

Are there other weekend events planned?
Answer
Yes! We are hosting a welcome party on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Vivo Beach Club from 7:00pm - 10:00pm. Charter Bus from the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve will depart at 6:20pm Sprinter Van from the Hyatt Place will depart at 6:30pm Dress code for this event is Tropical Chic!

What should I wear to the Welcome Party?
Answer
For our event on Friday, April 5, 2024, tropical chic attire is preferred. Beach or Resort attire options are also welcome. Wear linen or light pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. Bright colors, prints and tropical fabrics are highly encouraged!

Answer
The closest airport to our wedding venue is San Juan International Airport (SJU).
Question
Do I need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico?
Answer
No! Puerto Rico is part of the United States. A driver's license with a Real ID symbol is more than enough to travel to Puerto Rico.
