Ryan and I had our first date at Vector Brewing on July 2, 2021. Honey fell in love at first sight….but we kept on hanging out. Our first two dates were “let’s have a drink”…then we had dinner dates…and by this time Honey and I both really liked Ryan so I made him dinner. The rest is history….Ryan and I started to spend our time doing the things we both enjoyed then and now…watching sports (especially OU football), laying by the pool, walking Honey, making dinner and traveling! What makes our story so funny is how close Ryan and I were for so long, but never knew each other….Ryan is from Plano, I am from McKinney, so we grew up about fifteen miles from each other. We both went to OU at the same time!! His fraternity (Delt) was literally right next door to my sorority (Tri Delt). We had SO many mutual friends in college and our houses did SO many events together, and we were even on the same spring break trip together but we had never met! It was perfect timing…meeting that July night in Lake Highlands!
