We met while helping our mutual friends move into their new home! We both spent time helping them unpack, paint, and do a few small house projects. The 4 of us started to hangout after work- getting takeout together or grilling in the backyard. Morris eventually asked Courtney on a date; she reluctantly said yes, not wanting to ruin the friendship they had built. We had our first date on July 1st, 2020 and the rest is history!

At Morris's old stomping grounds Nantasket Beach, the couple had plans to meet Courtney's brother Patrick for dinner. They arrived a little early, so Morris suggested a walk on the beach. After spotting Patrick on the beach, Courtney walked over to say hello and give him a hug. When Courtney turned around, Morris was down on one knee with a gorgeous engagement ring. After a resounding "YES," we were engaged. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in August!
