What are the reception food descriptions?

Answer

FILET - Pan seared tender 6 oz. of beef complimented with a Jordan Vineyards Cabernet infused butter, maldon and fresh thyme SCOTTISH SALMON - Pan seared and garnished with a roasted baby fennel, heirloom tomatoes, chili and fresh basil VEGETARIAN - Summer squash and sweet red pepper stuffed Portobello mushroom cap with fresh herbs, olive oil and balsamic ZYDECO CHICKEN - Dusted with cajun and blackened, smothered in a cream sauce of andouille sausage, heirloom tomatoes and spring onions

If your invitation is addressed to you and a partner or you and a guest, then you have been allotted a plus one. We would love to allot everyone a plus one but it’s unfortunately not possible. Thank you for your understanding!

There is a 2 night minimum for the hotel at $249/night. Handicap rooms are accessible when booking.
