Matt's favorite cheesesteak is Carmen's, but there are several options for all types of food!
Pro Tip: There is a window in the side where you can see it if the line is long!
I would say go for the iconic history lesson, Matt would say go because Ben Gates did.
Number one restaurant in America a couple years ago, we recommend making reservations early.
Looking to see Philly from the best view possible? Dress up and go 60 floors up in the second Comcast building. You can make reservations or walk in. The view (and the bar) are breathtaking! The formal restaurant is Jean-Georges, which we don't recommend unless you are looking for a 4-hour dinner!
One of Matt and I's favorite places in the Summer.
Go in, or just run the Rocky steps like every tourist ever. We won't judge!
If we could marry a pizza, we would.
For those looking to venture a bit, Angelo's is Courtney's favorite cheesesteak and one of the top rated in the city (pizza too!). You have to call ahead and have some patience before getting through to a human! We swear it's worth it.
Another great option for cheesesteaks near the hotel.
You be the judge!
Courtney is a wine-lover, but they have everything!
For those looking for dinner on Friday night, this is a lively Spanish tapas restaurant beloved by Philadelphians. Walking distance from the hotel.
Another great option for Friday night if the Zahav efforts come up empty (we get it, we've been there too!).
Coffee and light breakfast near the hotel!
Epic coffee spot with another location in Reading Terminal!
You can find these all over the city, but the original (and worth the uber) is in Fishtown!
