What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please promptly arrive for the ceremony by 5:15 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal/cocktail - suits & ties, cocktail dresses and/or gowns are all appropriate to wear.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to and from the hotels as both hotels are a quick walk to and from our venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available in the garage at The Wanamaker Building for all of our guests. The entracece to the garage is off Juniper Street, between Penn Square and Chestnut Street. Bear right onto Juniper Street from Penn Square and the garage will be on your left. There is another entrance to the garage on 13th street northbound, between Chestnut and Market streets. The garage will be on your left. Upon entering the garage, you will be on level P1. Both levels have North & South sections. Along the front wall of the parking garage there is a north and south elevator. Take either elevator up to the “L” level for the Lobby. From the lobby level, you will head to the elevators, where you should additionally see a Crystal Tea Room employee guiding guests. Take the elevator to the 9th floor for the Tea Room.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We will be continuing the celebration at the Loews Hotel Bar after the reception.
