Ethan and myself (Courtney), spent a lot of time trying to get a hotel block and unfortunately did not ever receive a contract back from any of the hotels we tried blocking one with. Due to the misfortune, we have added hotels that are slightly outside Aubrey, TX in Denton, but are nearby and should be convenient. There will be an open bar so please plan accordingly.
