We're getting married!

Carson and Courtney met at a mutual friend's Halloween party at Indiana University in 2017. Carson was dressed as an alcohol detector and Courtney was dressed as Eve, with an ivy outfit and an apple in hand. By the end of the night, Carson came up to Courtney and literally ate the apple out of her hand. The rest was history! On January 1st, 2018, Courtney agreed to be Carson's girlfriend. Carson and Courtney dated throughout the rest of college. Carson graduated from IU in 2020 with his degree in business and Courtney went on to graduate from IU with a master's in social work in 2021. Right out of college, they both began their careers and working hard toward their future. In December 2021, Carson and Courtney moved to Indianapolis, IN for Carson's promotion and Courtney's new job. The first week, the social work team took Courtney out to lunch. Courtney could smell a co-worker's clam chowder a little too strongly that day and after making a comment about it, her co-worker said... are you pregnant? Courtney went home and took a test. Surely enough, it was positive. Carson and Courtney welcomed their perfect baby girl into the world July 28th, 2022. Caia Compton. It has been their honor and privilege to raise this little girl together. On Caia's first birthday, Carson proposed. Carson and Courtney have spent an amazing and eventful 6 years together and look forward to the rest of their forever together as husband and wife. On October 12th, 2024- Courtney will officially match the rest of her household as a Compton!
