Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal garden party attire. Please avoid black and white (white button down shirts are acceptable). The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will be held inside. Pastels, florals, and bright/light colors is the inspiration.

Can I bring a Guest/Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This will be an adults-only affair. We encourage those who have children to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself. Cheers!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be hosted indoors.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1st, 2025 by clicking the RSVP tab on the home page of this website. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume you will be unable to attend. Events have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! Please RSVP for each event including the Welcome Party + Ceremony. If you cannot make it to any or all of the above events, please RSVP "not attending." If you cannot make it after you have RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommended arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 4:15pm will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded.

Will transportation be provided to the Welcome Party?

Answer

No, transportation to the welcome party is not necessary. The St. Julien Hotel & Spa is a 4 minute walk to the welcome party venue and Hotel Boulderado is a 1 minute walk. If you choose another hotel/accommodation an uber/lyft may be needed.

Will transportation be provided to the Ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be transportation provided from the St. Julien Hotel to the ceremony at The Simon. Shuttles will begin running at 3:15pm as the ceremony begins at 4:30pm. The last shuttle to the ceremony will be departing at 3:45pm. The shuttles will remain running until 11pm to and from the venue with a drop off location of the St. Julien Hotel.

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site street parking surrounding the venue on Main St.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

The venue does include an elevator. If you require additional assistance to the ceremony location, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
