How should I dress?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors in an air-conditioned museum with seating for the first 80 to arrive... not kidding... we kindly ask our 40 & under crew to stand in the balcony (best view in the house!). If all goes according to plan, the cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be in a tent outside. Guests will be able to go into the museum throughout the night (to cool off if needed), wander the exhibits, and use the restroom.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:30pm. The museum closes to the public at 4pm so guests can plan to arrive anytime between 4 - 4:30pm. If you plan to stand in the balcony, please arrive EARLY. The aisle is very short, so any late arrivals will be walking in with the bride!

How should I get to the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Luckily, they are in the same place! The ceremony and reception are steps away! You can take the shuttle from the Warwick Hotel, take an uber or lyft. You can ride Philly's finest subway - the Broad Street Line. Or, you can drive and park for free!

Can we bring our children?

We love your kids (and watching you parent) but we'd ask that you view this evening as your night out - a chance to kick up your heels!

What should I do if I have a food allergy?

Please let us know! Our caterer is happy to accommodate with notice. You can write it in on the RSVP card or feel free to email or call Courtney with your allergy.
