2021How we met
July 2014
We met at work in the summer of 2014. Ben was an MBA intern, Courtney was running the internship program. Courtney thought he was 22 like all of the other interns, until she figured out that he was getting his MBA at UCLA. Ben went back to finish school, and Courtney helped to get him a full-time job at the company. Ben slid into her Outlook calendar to say "thank you" after starting in July 2015, asked for her number, and the rest was history!
The proposal

The day before Courtney's birthday, Ben scooted her down to the beach in San Clemente. They got a cocktail and then as the sun was setting Ben popped the question!
