Reservation Procedure

IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Booking Your Reservation! 1) Book your room based on desired travel dates and occupancy. 2) After you book the room on the landing page, a credit card link will be sent to your email address (within 24-48 hours) in order to place a ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT as a guarantee of your reservation (same credit card used at the time of booking). If you don’t submit the deposit in 48 hours, the reservation will be cancelled automatically in the next 24 hours. Please note your card will NOT be charged in full upon checkout. You will receive TWO emails. One from Melia when you initially book and then you will receive another email from our group coordinator within 24-48 hours. The second email is the email that will secure your reservation. 3) Acceptable credit cards are MasterCard and Visa Credit Card. Credit card must be valid until the departure date. Only one Credit Card will be accepted as a guarantee of each reservation. 4) Upon receiving the email from grupos.paradisus.playadelcarmen@melia.com, click on the "PAYMENT LINK" to secure your reservation. 5) If you desire a room upgrade, first, please book the room category available on this site and then, send an email to grupos.paradisus.playadelcarmen@melia.com and request your room change to a different room category.
