What parking is available?
Answer
Parking is available on site, follow signs once you arrive. If you need priority parking or would like to drop someone off near the door please let us know so our coordinator can assist you! See also the travel section and consider getting a hotel in Geneseo as we will be providing transportation to and from the venue!

How accessible is the property?
Answer
The property is mostly grass with stairs and ramp access to enter the venue. Bathrooms are located inside the venue and easily accessible.

How hot is this barn?!
Answer
Great question!! And highly dependent on the weather! The barn DOES have AC, multiple fans and two huge doors that offer a beautiful cross breeze. The bar area is outside. There will also be plenty of yard games and lounge space outside. Please take this into consideration when picking your attire!

What should I wear?
Answer
Let's go with somewhere in between cocktail and smart casual! To us this means: not overly dressy or overly casual. For men: Shorts are acceptable but please no jeans or cargo shorts. Polo or button up shirt at minimum. For women: Summer dresses, skirts, short or long trousers, please no jeans. Also consider the lawn when picking out shoes!

Yup, so did we. Things change, we roll with the punches. We are IN LOVE with The Wingate Barn and honestly wish we found it first!! So it all works out...plus this venue has AC (you're welcome)!!!!

We have decided to keep our reception an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself and your significant other!! We appreciate your understanding!
