We met the old-fashioned way, at a bar! One very cold evening, Julia's 26th birthday, we ended up sitting down at the same table at the beloved 90's night at Honey. We met later that week for our first date at Moscow on the Hill, and the rest is history!

Cory told Julia the ring wasn't ready yet, but little did she know he planned on proposing after a day of kayaking the Mississippi and then taking a walk along the river cliffs with friends. Cory got down on one knee in Shadow Falls park, and Julia ended up ugly-crying she was so happy!
