Things To Do

Falls Park on the Reedy

601 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601
, (864) 467-4350

Right in the heart of downtown is the beautiful Falls Park. You can access it by walking along the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Paris Mountain State Park

2401 State Park Road, Greenville, SC 29609
, (864) 244-5565

If you're looking for some close by hiking, Paris Mountain State Park is only 15 minutes away. There are a variety of trails from easy (Lake Placid Trail) to strenuous (Sulphur Springs Trail).

Swamp Rabbit Trail Bike Ride or Walk

250 Riverplace, Unit B, Greenville, SC 29601
, (864) 631-1581

We love trail rides on the SRT! You can rent a bicycle downtown along the Reedy River at Freehub Bicycles and ride north to the cute town of Travelers Rest (~9 miles one way). There are places to stop along the way such as Swamp Rabbit Cafe or Furman University. The trail is relatively easy with a slight incline northbound.

Trappe Door

23 West Washington Street, Greenville, SC 29601
, (864) 451-7490

Our favorite restaurant downtown. A Belgian style restaurant, the drink selection is incredible and they're known for their mussels - gross. We love the Steak Frites. Get the Filet Mignon with herb butter sauce. Seriously, do it.

The Lazy Goat

170 Riverplace, Greenville, SC 29601
, (864) 679-5299

Another favorite restaurant downtown. You HAVE to get the Brussels sprouts.

UP on the Roof

250 Riverplace, Greenville, SC 29601
, (864) 242-4000

Cool ambiance at this rooftop bar you access through the lobby of the Embassy Suites.

For all the days along the way
