Our story starts back at Virginia Tech - we met when we were both freshman through mutual friends. There's a variety of people who have a different take on if they were the first to introduce us to each other. The fact of the matter is - we were "just friends" for the first 3 years of school. It only took us 23 football games, 3 spring breaks, hundreds of frat parties, and many sleepless nights of studying (hi mom and dad) to realize we didn't want to spend time away from each other. It's not your typical love story but its ours and its a damn good one. A foundation of friendship led to a relationship that blossomed senior year of Virginia Tech, survived "long distance" of 5 years from Boston to New York, a pandemic, and witnessed an Eagles Super Bowl baby! And finally after 6 and a half years of dating, on June 30, 2021 our secret was finally let out... we aren't "Just Friends". We got engaged in New York City's Washington Square Park - a spot we would frequent, especially during our annual holiday trip into the city that started back in 2015. We look forward to celebrating our love story with each and every one of you this coming September.
