Hiwassee Ocoee State Park
These internationally-recognized white water sites are well known for their scenic beauty and recreational opportunities. Floating, canoeing and rafting constitute the major attraction for both the Hiwassee and Ocoee Rivers. Hiwassee/Ocoee Scenic River State Park is also home to the Gee Creek, which is a 47-site primitive tent campground.

Hiwassee Outfitters is the leading outdoor recreation destination in the Cherokee National Forest, specializing in rafting and tubing on the Hiwassee River. The Hiwassee River is 5.5 miles and will take 2-3 hours to complete. Hiwassee Outfitters offers self-guided river trips, so you can go at your own pace!

A family owned & operated winery located on the beautiful Hiwassee River in southeast TN. Stop by for a free daily wine tasting, and purchase some wine or Amish made butter, cheese, or meats.

Ride on the historic Hiwassee River Rail Adventure scenic rail excursion through the unspoiled Cherokee National Forest, along the beautiful and scenic Hiwassee River, and through the secluded Hiwassee River Gorge.
Nashville
Nashville is about 3 1/2 hrs from the venue filled with lots of fun adult activities!!! Our favorite bar on Broadway is Jason Aldean's, but Ole Red has the best live music! Looking for an original honky tonk? Check out The Stage! The Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman are amazing if you like country music (real country not pop country). There are also TONS of wineries and distilleries in town. Marathon Motor Works has multiple distilleries/wineries and an old car museum.
