Due to an abundance of caution, we have decided to delay our wedding celebration to January 15, 2022. We are hard at work adjusting our plans and sending new save the dates. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this chaotic time.
Once we send our new save the dates, we will notify the hotel that they can begin updating reservations. The hotel will contact you if you reserved a room in our block. If you haven't heard from the hotel by the time you receive your new save the date, we recommend following up with them directly.
We will become husband and wife in an intimate elopement held on December 11, 2020.
Though it is a lengthy drive, we absolutely fell in love with the venue during our visit. Cork Factory Hotel is full of whimsy and warmth, good food and good cheer, and a place to rest your head after dancing the night away. We are so grateful to our guests that will make the long journey to join us for our wedding in Lancaster.
Both ceremony and reception will be held in the Cork Factory Hotel ballroom. Whether you check-in for the night or come just for the party, Cork Factory Hotel staff will be available in the lobby and on-site to direct you.
There is on-site parking available, though we highly recommend carpooling where possible. We anticipate that the lot may start to fill quickly.
As everything is on site, there will be no shuttle. The hotel and the venue are housed in one convenient location.
The dress code is semi-formal. This means a cocktail dress or suit and tie, depending on your preference. At the end of the day, we hope our guests are happy and comfortable, so wear what makes you happy - as long as you're photo-ready!
We sure have! You can find the link on the "Travel" page of this website. Please mention "McIntyre-Koch wedding" when booking.
Yes! Please see the "Things To Do" page of this website.
We're hoping to include as many people as possible! We ask all of those who plan on attending RSVP on our website. Your invitation will indicate if you can bring a date, and they should RSVP as well. If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride's mother, Jennifer, or the groom's mother, Therese.
While we would love to celebrate our day with all of our family, our wedding will be 21+ to ensure a relaxing and care-free evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can enjoy our wedding with us!
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
There is a designated area just outside of the reception venue where you can smoke cigarettes, cigars, and electronic cigarettes.
We're still working on the menu, but we are doing our best to accommodate all dietary needs.
We're registered here, at Zola, as well as Target. See the "Registry" page of this website for more info.
We recommend arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding a seat.
Please reach out to Bailey or Jennifer (Bailey's mom) or Corey or Terry (Corey's mom) with any other questions.
The bridal party and their immediate family will spend about an hour taking photos following the ceremony. During this time, guests will be ushered into the reception space where they can enjoy finger foods and drinks. After this time, the ballroom will open for dinner and dancing.
The reception will end at 11:30 PM. The hotel bar will be closed, but there is a pub just across the street where we can continue to celebrate until 2 AM.
You will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.
Yes please! Please tag your photos with our wedding hashtag #tyingthekoch so we can find these pictures, too!
