Answer

Our travel advisor will book your stay but to make things easier on our travel advisor, you will need to book your flight.

Do I need any special documentation to travel?

You will need a passport to travel to the Excellence Resort in Cancun, Mexico.

What is the weather like in Cancun in February?

Answer

Average high temperatures during February are a pleasant 84 degrees with average lows around 67F – with these low temperatures being experienced mostly around sunrise. We advise bringing a light jacket for mornings and evenings.

What is the tipping etiquette at the resort?

While tips are not required, they are greatly appreciated by the staff. American dollars (in cash) are accepted at the resort.
