Catherine Alles
Maid of Honor
Catherine is 18 months younger than Cora and has known her the longest out of anyone in the wedding party! Growing up homeschooled together, the two sisters share many memories and have remained close friends into adulthood. Catherine is an incredible cook, avid lover of Milwaukee, adventurous free spirit, beloved barista, and incoming law student at Marquette University with the goal of becoming a criminal defense attorney. She always has excellent coffee recommendations and hosts the best sushi parties!
Joseph Brice
Best Man
Joseph is Calvin's younger brother. He was an answer to prayers as Calvin had always wanted a brother growing up and eventually that became a reality when Joseph became part of the family! Joseph loves to hang out with friends, try new things, and explore his sense of style. As Joseph is getting ready to figure out his plans after high school he has come to Calvin for advice on many things. One thing is for sure though, whatever he ends up doing, whether it is marine biology, nursing, or joining the Navy, his future is sure to be bright!
Claire Alles
Bridesmaid
Claire is Cora's youngest sister and truly a kindred spirit. They both share a love for the Lord of the Rings, tea, books, candles, outdoor adventures, and Cora's clothes. ;) Claire has a black belt in taekwondo, enjoys throwing knives and shooting her bow & arrow in the backyard, and spending time with animals. She is heading into her sophomore year of high school.
Isaiah Brice
Groomsman
Isaiah is Calvin's youngest brother. Heading into high school, he is developing a shared love for all things mechanical and already looking ahead to possibly becoming a car mechanic. You can also catch him playing Fortnite, studiously homeschooling, or stealing bases on the church softball league.
Stefanie Mason
Bridesmaid
Stefanie and Cora met in K3 and attended many of the same homeschooling co-ops and classes. They co-authored a lengthy novel, wrote and performed many dramatic plays, and were high school debate partners for several years (pretty successfully, including placing 3rd and 2nd at Nationals). They have remained close even while attending different colleges and now living in different states. Stefanie was the matchmaker in Cora & Calvin's love story since she set them up on a blind date back in spring of 2021! Thanks Stefanie!
Caleb Miles
Groomsman
Caleb and Calvin were destined to be friends from an early age, having gone to nursery together when they were young. They reconnected back in high-school after Caleb moved back to the states having spent a few years abroad in Singapore. Their shared interest of all things technological and their faith in Christ carried their friendship into college where they were roommates at UW-Platteville.
Natalie Anumolu
Bridesmaid
Natalie and Cora met in K3 and were part of many of the same homeschooling groups and activities growing up, including co-ops, book club, and speech and debate. Although they attended colleges in different states, they stayed in touch and even traveled to Israel together as part of a tour group of Christian college students. Recently Natalie has lived a few blocks down the street from Cora and they have enjoyed many coffee shop study dates, Netflix hangs, and even a spontaneous trip to Switzerland together this spring! Natalie is currently a medical student at the Medical College of Wisconsin with the plan of working in internal medicine.
Caleb Alles
Groomsman
Caleb is Cora's younger brother and soon to be brother-in-law of Calvin! When he isn't hard at work studying, you can find him brushing up on his golf skills or shooting some hoops. If you get the chance to see it, his LEGO® collection puts many (including Calvin's) to shame! Caleb is planning to attend UW-Madison in the Fall for his freshman year of college.
Abby Thompson
Bridesmaid
Abby and Cora also met in K3 (are you noticing a theme here?) and were across-the-street neighbors through elementary and middle school. When they were only preteens, they co-founded A&C Children's Ministry, which involved organizing summer camps, dance performances, and other neighborhood outreach events together. They stayed in touch through college and even made a trip to Atlanta to attend their favorite childhood celebrity Jamie Grace's wedding a few years ago! Abby is a talented actress, voice artist, and children's theater educator. She also works for the campus ministry Cru at her alma mater Columbia College Chicago and is an avid traveler.
Mark Shininger

Mark and Calvin first met in Calculus class at UW-Washington County when Mark sat right behind Calvin. They quickly became study buddies and good friends also sharing many other classes since they were studying mechanical engineering together. Mark ended up following Calvin to UW-Platteville when they both transferred and they were roommates and gym partners together. Of course their love for cars also helped their friendship along, Mark has owned multiple Ford Mustangs!
Lianna Brice

Lianna is Calvin's twin sister and has quickly become a friend of Cora's as well! She is a gifted musician and singer (check out her Youtube channel!) and currently teaches music to elementary students. Lianna loves animals, good books, theater, and adventures. She is quick to laugh, tell an entertaining story, or share a wise word!
Luke Mason

Luke and Calvin first met on a double date and quickly hit it off with shared interests of finance, crypto, and information analysis. Of course it didn't hurt that their significant others also happened to be best friends, in fact it was Luke's wife Stefanie who orchestrated Calvin and Cora's first blind date together!
Faith Brice
Bridesmaid
Faith is Calvin's youngest sister and a sweet friend. She is a baker and barista at The Roastery coffee shops in Cedarburg and Grafton. Faith is a talented artist and creates lovely pastries, cakes, and sketches/drawings. She is always ready to smile and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Andy Van Ess
Groomsman
Andy and Calvin first met at UW-Platteville when Calvin visited for a campus tour and participated in the InterVarsity Campus Ministry ultimate frisbee game going on that Saturday. They connected over a love of mechanical engineering and 3D printing. Andy has even made a life size functioning R2-D2 from Star Wars! Andy also loves the color orange so it should come as no surprise that you may find him cruising around in his bright orange Dodge Challenger in honor of General Lee from The Dukes of Hazzard. Andy and Calvin both ended up working at The Vollrath Company upon graduating with their mechanical engineering degrees.
