Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport - XNA
XNA is our local airport. It serves all of the major airlines, including Delta, United, and American Airlines. There are also few Allegiant and Breeze flights each week. The airport also has rental cars onsite. Avis, Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, National, and Thrifty all have counters at the airport.

Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas - Hotel, Spa & Convention Center
This hotel is directly next-door to the Walmart AMP, where our ceremony and reception will be taking place. There are many restaurants as well as groceries and retail in the Pinnacle Hills area where the hotel and AMP are located. They have given us a discount rate for Friday, November 1 - Sunday, November 3, 2024. If you prefer to call and make the reservation with the front desk, please provide them with the SRP Code "91R" to locate and access our room block rate. These rooms are being held on a "first come, first served" basis until October 2, 2024.

Courtyard by Marriott Bentonville Rogers Promenade
This is a new hotel, is a short distance from the venue, and a discounted rate has been secured. We'd recommend traveling to the AMP via Uber or Lyft. The special rate is available Wednesday, October 30 - Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Rooms must be booked by October 1, 2024!

Element Bentonville
The Westin Element is just two exits North of the Walmart AMP. For those of you who will have cars, this is a great choice! The rooms are available for Friday, November 1 - Sunday, November 3. The room block will be held until October 11th.

We have both Uber and Lyft in Northwest Arkansas, but we know some folks might prefer private car service. We definitely recommend Pinnacle Car Services.

Parking at the Walmart AMP
Guests may park backstage at the AMP. You will enter the AMP backstage at the large, black, gate near the corner of J.B. Hunt Dr. and W. Northgate Rd. Please give your name to the Security Guard at the gate. The Google Map will show you what the AMP looked like several years ago. The driveway to the gate you need has not changed, though!
