Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We kindly ask that you use the QR code or link to the RSVP site included with your invitation so you can RSVP via our website. If you have any issues accessing the RSVP, please reach out to us for assistance.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your RSVP by December 15, 2023 to ensure we can provide a final count to our venue before the holidays.

Question

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at San Sebastián Catholic Church which is located at 1112 FL-16, St. Augustine, FL 32084. The Reception will be held at The White Room: Loft & Rooftop which is located 1 King Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Upon arrival to The White Room, there will be people directing you to the correct area. Make sure to tell them you are there for the Cook Izzo wedding as there will be multiple weddings that day. Both venues are wheelchair & ADA accessible.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)? Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

To get to San Sebastian, we recommend either renting a car or using Uber/Lyft. There is a parking lot accessible for guests at the Church and it is a short 15 minute (3 mile) ride from downtown St Augustine. To get the to White Room, we recommend using Uber/Lyft as there is no dedicated parking at the venue. If you chose to drive, you will need to find paid or street parking near by. As the venue is downtown, it may be difficult to find parking.

Answer

The Ceremony will be indoors. The Reception will be both indoor & outdoor. Dinner will be inside in the Loft while cocktail hour & dancing will be hosted outside on the rooftop.

Answer

Yes we have reserved hotel blocks at 2 hotels in the area; Southern Oaks Inn & Best Western Bayfront. See the Travel section of our website for more details on booking.

Question

Answer

Southern Oaks Inn provides a shuttle service to the venue and Best Western is within walking distance. There will not be a shuttle service to the Church so we encourage you to utilize ride sharing services if you do not have a car.
