RSVPing will be online over this website. Simply just click over to the RSVP tab and type in your name, some groups/couples have been listed together under one RSVP so if you try typing your name and nothing pops up, try your significant other they might work. If not give us a call. Deadline to RSVP… by the end of January, so we can give the caterers ample time of our final numbers and know how many tables we will need for our venue.
We will have the venue reserved from 10am to 6pm. Our ceremony will not begin until 12pm, so please get to the venue as close to 11:30am-11:45am, so everyone can be seated by 12pm when the ceremony beings. Please go around the building on the right hand side to take a seat in front of the alter.
The bride would like you to be in elegant clothing, suit and tie, semi-formal clothing. We are aware weather may be cold so please dress comfortably to warmth, if needed. Yes - semi-formal clothing (elegant/cocktail dresses, jumpsuits), a suit and tie, nice pair of jeans and dress shirt, etc. No - fake tuxedo tshirts, shorts, tshirts, bummy clothes
Food will be provided by Roots Catering. Our main protein option is chicken. Believe us when we tell you, you will not be disappointed with what we are providing you. This was some of the best food that left us feeling satisfied the whole day! Those with specific nut allergies the salad came with toasted pecans in it, we have asked the caterers to put these on the side so you can still enjoy the salad! 😊 Otherwise, those with other food allergies/additional dietary restrictions please let us know in the RSVP when you respond so we can reach out to the caterer to get more accomodations for you!
No. This is an earlier afternoon wedding. We will have a few options of wines and beers available. We do not want to have anyone babysitting you during the wedding so please drink responsibly.
It's Colorado. It can be a mild day in the 70s and sunny. Or it can be snowy. Or rainy. Or hurricane-esque winds. Or maybe all of the above. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Or don't, like Connor did throughout high school. The venue will have a coat rack available to hang coats up at if you are needing to wear a coat into the venue.
To save on money we did not get a transportation service, so we ask to save on available parking spots to carpool with others you may know. The venue is located on a community open space park area, so parking is not just for us to use.
Due to the limited space we are renting, we can only accomodate to a few plus ones and kids. Those who are given a plus one you will see it in your RSVP.
We will be getting 15 rooms blocked off for our wedding, you'll see under the tab "Travel" where the hotel block will be. You will have up to 30 days before our wedding to reserve a room, which is your responsibility to pay for. After the 30 days any rooms not reserved will be released back to the public for sale.
The ceremony will be a unplugged ceremony, we will be getting a great photographer Shelby Clark to photograph for us and would like you there experiencing the moment that you can later see pictures when we get them back. As for the reception, take as many as you would like to take! We will be providing a QR code at each table so please add those pictures to that address so we can get all the memories captured sent to us. If you want to post online please use the hashtag #DockerysGetDown for an easier search to those photos.
Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed on the premises. If you desire to do so, you will need to leave the building towards the parking lots to smoke/vape.
