You may still RSVP after this date however all pricing and availability is subject to change and therefore it is important that you apply your deposit to secure your spot! The remaining balance is due February 1, 2024. We will send you another form to fill out and submit two weeks prior this date. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended – Please inquire for a quote *Charges will be processed upon confirmation. *Booking is not confirmed until receipt of invoice which will be sent via email within 5-10 business days of processing your transaction. CHANGE POLICIES: •A $100 service fee will be charged by LUXE Destination Events for each change made after final payment. •Name changes are permitted until final payment due date. •Any booking changes requested will be subject to availability and the travel supplier’s service fees. •No changes can be made 4 weeks prior to departure date. CANCELLATION POLICIES: After deposits have been received and confirmed: •Cancellations made up until February 1, 2024 will result in the loss of deposits. •Cancellations made February 1, 2024 later are 100% non-refundable. PASSPORT INFORMATION: Please note that your passport should be valid a minimum of 6 months after the departure date. Please verify with your local authorities for further information!
