Welcome Party

5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

Feel free to come and go anytime between 5:30 and 8:30pm. We will have passed hors d'oeuvres and the bar will be open! Downtown will be busy so if you plan to go out to eat afterwards make reservations in advance. Head over to the "Things to Do" page for some our favorites. Sounds on Centre, a free concert, runs from 6 to 8pm. If you're driving, avoid Centre st. and instead take 8th st to Alachua st. Side street parking is available in the neighborhoods as well as a lot across from Cafe Karibo. The music is fun so walk by the concert on your way in or out! Insider tip: Amelia is famous for its sunsets. Around 8pm walk down to the marina and watch the sunset. In summary, Shannon & Conner's suggestion for an ideal night: 1. Come to the Welcome Party for cocktails & bites 2. Mosey over to the concert to catch some tunes 3. End the night with a sunset by the docks

Ceremony

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, sportcoats or suits. Ties optional!

If you are driving to the wedding, you need to enter the main gate for Omni Resort. They will have a guest list. Please allow 10 to 15 minutes from the main gate to the venue.
