We're getting married!

With her affinity for bees, it was only natural that Caitlyn would meet the love of her life on an app called "Bumble." After misreading a Back to the Future quote in his profile, she connected with Dan, and he soon challenged her to some of his favorite contests: air hockey and axe throwing. Like a modern gentleman, he did not let her win and showed no mercy despite the instant spark he felt the moment she walked in the door. The two fell hard and fast for each other, and it wasn't long before they were having many adventures together, such as mini-golf, Broadway musicals, aquariums, and theme parks. Caitlyn soon introduced Dan to her daughter, Mina, and quickly they became the "CDM Fam." The three of them love Christmas, Disney, and Legos. Dan has introduced the girls to new hobbies; Mina now a basketball/Jayson Tatum fan and helping her conquer her fear of rollercoasters, and Caitlyn enjoying Ted Lasso and What We Do In The Shadows. In turn, Caitlyn not only turned Dan into a step-father, but also a "cat-dad" with Maru and Sisu, and continues to try to indoctrinate him into the Cult of Swiftie. Together the three have also shared a number of firsts together, such as their first trip to California and Disneyland (despite Dan and Caitlyn gaslighting Mina into thinking it was a trip to Alaska). When Caitlyn announced her parents were taking Mina to Disneyworld in the spring and that Dan and she should join them, Dan became inspired to hatch the perfect proposal. Somehow managing to sneak a ring down to Florida unbeknownst to Caitlyn, Dan got down on one knee in front of her favorite ride, Spaceship Earth, and repeated the misread line from his dating profile: Caitlyn, I am your density. Mina, who knew the ring was coming, was overjoyed, and then shocked, when Dan presented Mina with a bracelet, asking her to be his daughter as well. We celebrate the uniting of not just two souls, but three, on October 18th, 2025, when Dan and Caitlyn will be united as Man and Wife, and Dan and Mina will formally become Father and Daughter.
