What is the dress code?
Answer
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is semi-formal attire. You can locate our color palette under the gallery tab! For this time of year in Arizona, may we suggest the following attire: Women: Cocktail dresses, flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. If wearing heels, heel protectors are recommended to avoid sinking in the grass! Men: Suit or dress shirt with a tie, and lightweight slacks.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
All of the above will be hosted outdoor. Both our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, the reception will be held under an open pavilion.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The average temperature for Sedona in May is high 70's to mid 80's during the day. At night temperatures can range from the mid 40's to low 50's.

Staying at the SkyRanch?
Answer
Please instruct your guests to speak with a reservation specialist (Max, Dalia, or Travis) @ 928-282-6400. Guests can reserve any type of room for any amount of time. We offer each guest the best available rate at the time of booking. This means that not all your guests will have the same rate unless they all reserve at the same time. Typically, our rates are higher closer to the wedding date. We do encourage wedding guests to reserve their rooms in advance. The wedding block allows us to keep track of your guests and assign them to rooms that are close to the venue and each other. Each guest can reserve their own room . Please advise your participants to identify themselves as part of the Conlin-Filak wedding when making reservations.

We ask that you kindly RSVP by April 1st, 2025! You can RSVP through our website under the tab RSVP.
Question
Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will be providing an open bar until it reaches X amount. Once the amount is reached the bar services will become a cash bar.

Alcohol Policy
Answer
The Sky Ranch Lodge has a Beer and Wine Only license, no liquor will be provided at the venue. Liquor consumption is permitted in your room prior to the event, yet no outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in the venue. The venue bar offers a variety of beer on tap, canned, and bottled, a variety of wine and champagne, as well as Fireball, Beatbox Cocktails, White Claws, Smirnoff Ice, Malibu Splash, and pre-mixed Margaritas.
