Where is the wedding?

Is there a dress code?

It's a summer backyard wedding; plan on dressy casual.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of space on site! However, we expect quite a few guests, so carpooling as able would be appreciated.

What's for dinner?

Answer

There will be a buffet line for barbecue sandwiches (pulled pork and brisket) as well as smoked mac and cheese and salad.

Where do I sit?

Answer

There is no assigned seating for the ceremony or dinner. Pick whatever seat you like! Please help move the chairs from the ceremony to the tent for dinner.

What to expect weather-wise?

Answer

It will likely be HOT, but hopefully having a later (5PM) ceremony will help us avoid the worst of it. The ceremony is open air, but we will try to keep it short! The reception & dinner will be held under a tent.

Where should we stay?

Answer

Cle Elum is a gorgeous area and not too far away, but there are several hotels in Ellensburg itself. I cannot personally vouch for any of these places, but I know several people are planning to stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott as it is brand new. There is a Holiday Inn in town as well, which is usually reliable.
