Question
When is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline is April 1st, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. When you RSVP online, you'll see whether a guest is included with your invitation or not. To maintain the intimacy of our wedding, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting to bring a guest we haven't had the pleasure of meeting.

Are children welcome?
Answer
No. Our wedding is exclusively for adults. To ensure all our guests, including parents, can enjoy a relaxing evening, we have chosen to make our wedding an adult-only celebration. We hope this advance notice allows you to join us for our special day and enjoy a well-deserved night off.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Of course! Please let us know ASAP if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions on the RSVP or reach out directly to the bride or groom.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
At minimum, 15 minutes prior. You can arrive and begin getting seated at 4pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Do you have accommodations for out of town guests?
Answer
Yes! On the travel tab, you will find 3 hotels that are less than half a mile away. There is a link provided that takes you to the wedding discounted rate. Because the hotels are so close, we are not offering a shuttle service. There is also a list of other nearby hotels in the area.

Is parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yep! There's a parking lot with plenty of space. (If you are staying at one of the hotels we recommended, you could even walk if you choose)

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, semi-formal attire. It's a summer wedding! Embrace the bright colors and floral prints and consider a breathable fabric. But ultimately, wear what you love and feel comfortable in ◡̈ Our ceremony will be on the outdoor patio while the cocktail hour and reception will be indoors (with the option to be outside for dancing later in the evening)

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your cameras and phones on silent and away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Feel free to capture as many photos and videos as you'd like afterwards.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be an open bar starting at cocktail hour and available throughout the reception. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
