Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest is listed when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding to close family and friends. If you are allotted a guest and are not bringing one, please RSVP accordingly so we can get an accurate headcount.

Are children allowed?

Answer

If your children are listed on the RSVP they are welcome to join! If you do not plan on bringing your children and they are listed on the RSVP, please indicate that on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a block at Holiday Inn Express & Suites on South Shirly Avenue. Please see "Places to Stay" tab for more information.

Question

Is there overnight parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes! We want our guests to be safe. If you need to ride-share home/to your hotel, it is okay to leave your vehicle at The Meadow Barn overnight. We ask all vehicles to be removed from The Meadow Barn property by noon on Sunday, 6/9/2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm. We ask that everyone be seated by 3:25 pm. Thank you!

Is there provided transportation after the dance?

Answer

Yes, we want our guests to have fun but to also make it home safely. We will have a provided shuttle service to take you to your hotel/home destination and you can pick up your vehicles in the morning, by noon on Sunday.
