There is an airport between Hayden and Steamboat Springs called Yampa Valley Regional Airport that would be the quickest and most direct option for those who are flying. There are also airports in Grand Junction and Denver but each location would require a 3-4 drive to Hayden or Steamboat Springs following the flight. Steamboat is 30 minutes east of Hayden along Highway 40 and Craig is 20 minutes west! Craig will be more affordable but doesn't offer quite the same ski-town vibe as Steamboat does. We will plan to organize a shuttle to travel to and from Hayden so that no one has to worry about getting back to their places safely. Please indicate on your RSVP where you are planning on staying to help organize this.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Steamboat to Hayden

A shuttle will leave from Steamboat to Hayden at 4:45 pm at The Steamboat Springs Stockbridge Center. The bus drivers name is Lisa and she will arrive at 4:30 pm. The address is 7463 13th Street, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. The shuttle will get guests to and from the wedding ceremony to the reception and will return to Steamboat at the end of the night. There is no overnight parking allowed at the transit center.
