No, we did not reserve a block of hotel rooms since the majority of our guests live relatively close to the venue. However, there are a few hotel recommendations under the Travel page for those who need a place to stay for the night and those who do not plan to drive back.
As we appreciate your presence and sentiment, we do not need any gifts. However, if you want to contribute to our honeymoon or our future, we welcome cash or a donation to our Honeymoon Fund under the Registry page.
We will have an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. If you need to take a breather or have a smoke break, you are more than welcome to come in and out of the banquet hall where the reception is being held.
Since the wedding date is in April, we do have a contingency plan for the ceremony if it rains. For any unexpected weather changes or a rainy forecast, the ceremony will be held inside.
Although we do love company, unfortunately we are on a very tight budget and can only accomodates the individuals we have invited. Plus ones are therefore invite only, and we ask other guests not to bring a plus ones. We appreciate your understanding.
Yes, kids are welcomed and accommodated in each family. Since Collin and I both have big families and friends with young children, we made a decision to accommodate children for the ease and access of our loved ones celebrating with us.
