4:00 pm
Join for a relaxed barbecue on Saturday afternoon. Food will be served, games and music will be played. Guests are encouraged to bring their "party pieces," which Urban Dictionary defines as "some exhibition of talent specifically used to entertain at gatherings." Our musicians for the wedding Mass will bring their fiddle and harp, and our priest, Fr. Pat Rogers, has also been known to whip out his guitar and a song for events like these. Rumor has it Aisling's relatives have been brushing off their tin whistles to perform before an American audience. Some of Collin's cousins may attempt an Irish dance (depending on how badly they want to embarrass themselves in front of the Irish relatives present). Join in the fun!
9:00 am - 10:00 am
While the bride prepares for the big day, the groom will lead runners on the loop the bride trod many mornings during her high school days. The run is designed to be fun, but the groom (knowing himself) will probably also get fairly competitive towards the finish.
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Join us for the sacrament of matrimony at St. Thomas Church. Fr. Pat Rogers will preside, Irish musicians will play, and Aisling and Collin will participate in an ancient and timeless ritual.
4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The reception will begin on the patio at Brotherhood Winery with cocktail hour. We'll move inside for dinner, dessert, and dancing.
