Will there be a shuttle service on the wedding day for guests?
Answer
Shuttle service will be available from Traverse City and Leland. The shuttle will make one drop off at the ceremony and one drop off at the initial pickup location. Traverse City: Hotel Indigo & Delamar Hotel Leland: The Bluebird

Can I use ride share apps in Traverse City and/or Leelanau County?
Answer
Unfortunately, ride share apps (Uber/Lyft) are not readily available in Traverse City. We recommend either renting a car for the duration of your stay or contacting a local taxi service to arrange transportation. For your convenience and safety, we will provide a shuttle service to and from the wedding.

There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

We hope you will understand and respect our decision to make the wedding adults only. We recognize that some of you will be traveling to Northern Michigan with your children, so please know that they are welcome (and we would love to see them!) at all of the other weekend activities. If you are in need of local babysitter recommendation, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help source local support for you!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will be Cocktail Attire. Unless it’s raining, our ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors. The reception will be under a tent, however, we recommend that women wear shoes that are not stilettos as the Bay View Wedding venue is mostly grass. You may want a light jacket depending on the weather.

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors and our reception will be in an open tent.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!
