Let's Celebrate

We met on a blind date through a mutual friend in February 2020 and felt an instant attraction (we knew something was there after a 4-hour first date and only 1 drink). After a month of fun dates including sporting events, skiing, and going to our favorite restaurants and bars, COVID hit. Despite the sudden change in the world, our relationship continued to move forward and we fell deeper in love and began to think about a life together. As things opened up in 2021 and there was a return to normal, it was obvious to both of us that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. Steven knew a summer 2021 vacation to Mackinac Island was the perfect place to surprise Colleen and propose.
