So what is Black Tie Optional?
Answer
Guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (think evening gown or tuxedo), but men may also choose to wear a formal suit instead. For women think floor length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or formal jumpsuits. Generally, a black-tie optional dress code means that the couple and their wedding party will be dressed in black tie.

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
All invited guests will be specifically named on your wedding invitation. We will only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. (Please reach out to us directly if you have additional questions or a special circumstance.)

If I'm driving to the reception, is there parking at The Union Club?
Answer
Yes- We will have valet garage parking the night of the event.
Question
Will there be transportation to and from the Union Club?
Answer
Due to the close proximity to the venue, we will not be providing transportation to the hotel at the end of the night. However, we recommend Uber, Lyft, walking or driving.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our I do's. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like

What is the wedding party wearing?
Answer
The bridesmaids are wearing floor length black satin gowns. The groomsmen are wearing black tuxedos.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 1:00 pm, music will begin at 12:45 pm (15 minutes before the start of the ceremony). Please be seated prior to 1:00 pm.
