When do I have to RSVP by?

Please let us know if you will be attending no later than Sunday, March 10, 2024.

What time should we plan to arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please allocate about 15-20 extra minutes to ensure there is enough time to arrive, mingle, and settle in before the start of the ceremony.

What is the attire?

Answer

Please dress in your best semi-formal/formal attire. Please keep in mind, weather pending, the ceremony will take place outdoors.

Can I bring my kids?

As much as we love the kiddos- we ask that our guests treat our wedding as parent's night out!

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

You may book your hotel room any time prior to March 20, 2024 to receive the discounted rate. You will be able to book after this date, but they cannot guarantee you will be in our reserved block of rooms. Please make sure to mention the "Applegate and Lyons Wedding" upon booking.

Question

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue and back?

Answer

Buses will be departing The Residence Inn at 4:30pm sharp. Please plan accordingly to ensure you are on time. Buses will not return for any late guests.
